Shawn, good information, but it was a little difficult to read your action plan. You might want to try and put it in a form of a table, so that the action steps, timeline, person responsible, resources, and evaluation is easier to see.
ReplyDeleteI like how your action research begins with examining other research. You include sharing your action plan with others, I wonder if that step might come sooner it the project as it seems others will be involved in the needs assessment and selection process.
